Simone Cameron

Simone serves clients in Fairfield County and The Valley with session’s custom tailored to the client’s needs in a variety of settings (home, office, corporate & parties).

Simone has studied with senior teachers in the Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Integral and Hatha traditions and incorporates the best from all the above in her unique FLOW classes.

She is passionate about helping every student of yoga find a comfortable path that works with his or her individual lifestyle. Both are geared towards healing, energizing, and empowering individuals of all ages with compassion, dignity, and positive interpersonal communication.
